These parts aren’t doing anything wrong — they’re doing exactly what they needed to do back then, in a time when you may not have had the support or safety you have now.
Together, we’ll honor the good intentions of these parts and help them learn to trust you — your core Self, the part of you that has the capacity to hold and care for what’s been hurt.
