Much of our lives are spent striving to meet external expectations, often at the expense of neglecting our true selves. We fill the void with various distractions—from work and caretaking to food—as temporary substitutes. Despite our perpetual busyness, we often feel exhausted and trapped.  

While I employ various modalities, the cornerstone of my work is ensuring my clients feel cared for and validated. As someone who has done and continues to do their own therapeutic work, I understand the importance of having space where you can show up as yourself and be seen and heard.
